The exhibition stands are constructed from the elements of “OCTANORM”. The stands slightly differ but are at least 6 square meters.
You can purchase a standard exhibition area for $1,500. Special prices may be negotiated with the organizers. The sponsors, who donated $5,000 or more are entitled to one exhibition stand.
On Thursday, May 10 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM or on Friday, May 11 from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, exhibits must be set up. During this time the cargo elevators will be available. Setting up the exhibition during the Congress will be prohibited.
Opening and Closing
The exhibition area will be open to the Congress participants on Friday, May 11 from 8:00 AM to 7:15 PM and on Saturday, May 12 from 8:00 AM to 7:15 PM. Exhibits must be removed on Saturday, May 12 from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. During this time, the cargo elevators will be available.

Only pro-family organizations are entitled to exhibition area. Congress sponsors are entitled to their own stand, but are obliged to observe all the regulation and directions given by the organizers.
You can install audio-video equipment but the sound must not disturb the neighboring exhibitions.
You can not exhibit: indecent, insulting, antireligious, racist or inappropriate materials.
The fee must paid before entering the area.
The exhibitor must maintain the service of the stand during the exhibit time, set it up and move it out in proper time.
You are not allowed to nail anything to the walls of the stands or destroy any of the equipment. You can use tape to attach things to the walls. You are not allowed to attach things to the walls or columns of the hall. You are financially responsible for any damage.
The exhibitor is not allowed to block communication paths or cover parts of the neighboring stands.
During the nights May 10/11/12 you can leave everything at your stand. We will provide security. Never the less we advise you to take the most valuable things with you.
